Net Solutions, Inc. was formed in 1996 to meet the needs of a
growing Internet business community. The principals have been involved for many years in
diverse industries ranging from computer networking solutions to the entertainment arena:
movie theatres, video stores and live theatre. As the client base began looking for more
reliable Internet connectivity, Net Solutions, Inc. was spun off from Schult Industries,
Inc. to supply these needs, which include line connections (dial-up, ISDN,
and high-speed dedicated), web services (page design, hosting, scripting), intranet
design and services, as well as network planning, installation and administration. With
our acquisition of Galaxy Elite Computers, we can better support our clients by also being
a full service computer sales and maintenance center. Our goal is to provide clients
with the necessary tools and expertise to market and communicate effectively through
their own intranets and the Internet.
Net Solutions, Inc. provides complete computer and networking services to
the business and residential communities. The primary attributes of any
successful Internet service provider are "Speed-Reliability-Service". And
we extend that same standard to our network management and computer sales and repair
branches. Each product and service we offer is measured against this standard. These
include: web design; Internet/Intranet server installation and management;
dial-up and dedicated Internet connectivity; LAN/WAN planning, installation,
and management; or computer repair or sales. |

The customer requires a fast connection. By
constantly monitoring our network we are able to pinpoint, and fix, any problems on our
network that will affect the speed of the end user. The capacity of our dedicated
connections to the Internet is also monitored. This enables us to increase our bandwidth
before it is actually needed, not after. These actions benefit our customers by improving
and maintaining our Internet connections' efficiency. |

Increased use of the Internet to conduct business
implies that the provider must offer a reliable connection. All Net Solutions, Inc.
systems are thoroughly tested before use and redundancy is implemented whenever possible.
We maintain a separate network to test all new hardware and software before final
installation. We only use equipment that is proven to be reliable, and our vendors must
meet the same standard. |

supervision and gives the customer periodic progress reports. We also provide technical
